Frequently Asked Questions

Simply email us your document or send it through our contact form. Please include the source and target languages, the purpose of the text and your deadline. We will review your requirements and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote with the estimated delivery time and price. Once approved, your project will be assigned to a specialist translator, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Turnaround times depend on the document’s length, complexity and language combination. As a general guideline, one professional translator can translate and review approximately 2,000–2,500 words per day. After reviewing your document, we will confirm a realistic delivery schedule that allows time for final checks and quality control. If you need an urgent translation, we will explore express options whenever availability allows.

We regularly work with English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, including translations into Spanish and from Spanish into English for international clients. If your project involves another language, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will assess each request individually and only accept projects we can deliver to the required quality standards.

We accept Word, Excel, PowerPoint, editable PDF and most common text formats. If you only have a scanned PDF or images, we can assess their quality and discuss additional text extraction or formatting services if needed. We aim to preserve the original layout whenever possible, delivering a translated document that is ready to use. Please let us know if you have any specific software or formatting requirements.

Yes. Every project includes a review stage to check accuracy, terminology, grammar, style and consistency. Where the agreed service and project requirements allow, a second linguist reviews the translation against the original text before delivery. If you notice any issues within the agreed scope after delivery, please let us know so we can assess the necessary corrections.

Our rates mainly depend on the number of words in the source text, the language combination and the level of specialisation required. Other factors may include technical complexity, formatting requirements, urgency and overall project volume. Discounts may be available for larger projects. Before work begins, you will receive a clear, fixed quote outlining the agreed costs, with no hidden fees.

We help select a voice that suits your audience and desired tone, and coordinate the recording process. Where required, we can also synchronise the audio with your video and deliver files ready for publication. Tell us the language, recording length and style you have in mind, and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
